Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

BrickDelta (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools that help homeowners compare a cash offer and a listing plan for their property. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using BrickDelta at brickdelta.com, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide. Property address, contact details (name, email, phone), and any preferences you share when requesting an estimate or offer.
  • Account & sign-in information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from that provider to create and secure your account. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Usage information. Basic technical data such as device type, browser, and pages viewed, used to operate and improve the service.

Google sign-in

When you choose “Continue with Google,” we request only your basic public profile and email address. We use this solely to authenticate you and manage your account. We do not post to your accounts, and we do not sell this data. You can disconnect BrickDelta at any time from your Google account settings, and you may request deletion of your data as described below.

How we use information

  • To generate property estimates and prepare offers you request.
  • To create your account, sign you in, and keep it secure.
  • To contact you about your request and provide customer support.
  • To operate, analyze, and improve the service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. When you ask us to solicit cash offers, we share property details (including photos you upload) with verified buyers to obtain those offers. Buyers never receive your contact information. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, and where required by law.

Analytics & advertising cookies

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tags set cookies and collect pages viewed, device and browser type, and whether you submitted an address, created a request or asked for cash offers or a listing consultation, so we can measure our advertising. We do not send your address, name, estimate or any other form content to them. When you submit a request, we send a one-way hashed (SHA-256) form of your email and phone number to Google and Meta so they can match the request to an ad you saw. We also keep the campaign that first brought you to BrickDelta (UTM tags and ad click identifiers) with your request.

To opt out, use the button on our Do Not Sell or Share page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser; either way, these tags do not load. You can also use Google’s and Meta’s ad settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Data retention & security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices & rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information, and you may request that we delete the data we hold about you. To make a request, or to have data obtained through Google sign-in removed, contact us at the address below.

Children’s privacy

BrickDelta is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
